Hubacek Electric Motor Service Started
1962
In 1962 Mike Hubacek founded Hubacek Electric Motor Service and 2 years later moved into an old gas station just north of Plymouth, WI on Hwy 67, because of the response he recieved to helping local farmers by repairing farm duty electric motors in his garage.

Expansion
1981
To make room for the expanding highways and increase workable shop space Hubacek Electric moved just blocks to a new building located at 110 Rustic Street, Plymouth, WI. Still remaining loyal to the local farmimg community Mike expanded the business and began doing work for local factories and machine shops.

New Employee
1986
With the new building came new employees. Steve Kracht started with Hubacek Electric in 1986. Between then and 1999, when Mike retired, Steve had become very familiar with the industry of electric motors. He eventually purchased the business and changed the name to Electro Tech.

Machine & Servo Department Added
Understanding the importance of high-quality / low-cost repairs, Steve saw a need to expand the in house services offered at Electro Tech. A machine shop was incorporated into the shop and servo motor repair was also added as an additional service to our customers.

Building Expansion
2006
Electro Tech's customer base and wide range of services offered had once again exceeded the limits of the facility and a 4,000 sq.ft. addition was added. The new addition allowed for an increase in the size of motors being repaired as well as allowing for the rewind and servo departments to be expanded.

Incorporated
Present
Today Electro Tech, Inc. (now fully incorporated), is still located at 110 Rustic Street, Plymouth, WI and continues to grow in size and services offered to our customers. Currently Electro Tech, Inc. includes 10 full and part time employees and maintains a professional yet family business environment which makes for lasting customer relationships.
